For approximately 90% of clients, especially those with medium to thick hair, I recommend Standard 1g K-Tips because each strand contains more hair providing exceptional fullness and volume while requiring fewer individual bonds, making them the ideal choice for most full-head installations.

 

Nano K-Tips are a specialized option best suited for clients with fine to medium hair or those who would benefit from smaller, more discreet bonds in delicate areas. Since each Nano strand contains less hair 30-50% smaller than a standard 1g strand, more individual extensions are typically needed to achieve the same fullness.
